Offers & negotiation
Every offer put to you in writing, with our read on the buyer's position and chain.
Sale agreed
Memorandum of sale issued, solicitors instructed, and the chain checked end to end.
Completion
We chase searches, surveys and enquiries weekly until the keys change hands.

Plus tax, payable on completion only. Includes photography, floor plans, portal listings, accompanied viewings and negotiation.
Lettings — 8%
Of rent collected for full management, or one month's rent for tenant-find only. Referencing and deposit protection included.
